I will start by saying that my computer is a mid range gaming computer and should not have a problem with loading videos at 1080p on Youtube. Whenever i try to watch a video in 1080p it will get through maybe 3 to 5 seconds of the video, then it will buffer for probably a minute. I might get to see 5 more seconds of the video if i'm lucky until it buffers again. I do not know if this is a problem with my ISP which is AT&T. i get about 19.5 download speed and about 4.9 upload speed. I doubt this is my computer because my PC specs are a bit to high to get stuck on a 10 minute video. My phone will do the same thing. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5 and it wont even load videos in 720p! If you guys could help me narrow down my problem, that would be fantastic. Thank you so much!
