Yesterday everything worked (I installed windows 8.1 and upgraded it to windows 10). Then while I was using computer I got an error "memory could not be read", something like that. After this my computer doesn't work as it should (Almost every program crashes when I open it).

I tried to reinstall whole OS, but the problem is the same. When I open internet explorer, it stopps working and I get an error and the start menu won't open. I tried to install OS on different disk, still the same, I run ram diagnostics with no error found, I removed graphic card and used integrated graphics and the problem isn't gone. Then I also tried to install Ubuntu several times and almost everytime I got different error.

I somehow managed to open google on internet explorer before it crashed and google logo loaded like this: http://i.imgur.com/9wjRKxl.png . I think the problem must be on motherboard or CPU, but I doubt it is CPU. What do you think can cause this problem?

Solution
What mobo, CPU, GPU, PSU and DRAM - could be a lot of things, weak/underpowered PSU, Bad GPU, a bad stick of DRAM, a short.....................

Asus Z170-A, i7 6700K, Crucial 16GB DDR4 PC2133 CL1

Problem is the same using iGPU and pci gpu (r9 270), PSU is Corsair CX430M. Could a bad dram stick pass memtest86?
