Getting no video signal to monitor.

I'm putting this into the motherboard section because I believe the motherboard to be the problem.
Yesterday, after a normal session, I went to bed and turned my computer off. During the turn off process, Windows 10 has the monitor turn off like 5 seconds before the computer actually turns off. I hate it, but what are you gonna do. Anyway, as I walked away, I noticed that the monitor turned off, but the computer stayed on. That's odd, but it didn't really concern me too much. So I just force shut it down and went to bed. Upon waking up, I tried to turn it on, and it turned on fine, but the screen just stayed blank. Computer ran fine, all the lights worked, fans, everything. But no video.

Now, I'm going to try and be as specific as I can here. I originally bought an Alienware computer.(Obviously, I regretted that decision) that was about 4 or 5 years ago. Since then, the only thing in my current rig from that one, is the PSU. It is a 850W, pretty good, so I kept it. My current rig now is a MSI Z97A GAMING 7 Mobo, i7 4790k with a Corsair H80i cooler on it, Gigabyte GTX 970, 2 4GB PNY (8GB total) 1333mhz RAM, a DVD drive, 3 hard drives, all Seagate, one hybrid 1TB drive (which has my system on it), the other two are normal 2TB & 3TB, the case has 3 fans, all plugged directly into the PSU and controlled by buttons on the case.
I bought the Mobo on June 30th and the new CPU a couple days later. As much as I WOULDN'T like my NEW Mobo to be the problem, it's the only thing that makes sense to me. Let me go through what I've tried so far:

Note: (this Mobo comes with an LED indicator that shows letters/numbers indicating what's going on and whatnot. That LED is now always off, no matter what. The case also came with an alert speaker, which I have plugged in to the Mobo since I got it, but it has not beeped. The front panel's power light does not light up anymore, along with the HDD access indicator both on the front panel and on the Mobo itself, does not light up. Also, the keyboard and mouse both don't light up when booted.)

- Different cables. I usually use a Display-port cable, tried using DVI, nothing.
- Plugging monitor into the motherboard. Nothing.
- Different video card. Nothing.
Video card in different PCIE slot. Nothing.
- Tried taking out the RAM, cleaning it, cleaning the ports. Nothing.
- Taking out the video card entirely, hopefully "forcing" it to use the onboard GFX card. Nothing.
- Taking all the RAM out, to see if there is any auditory indicator. Nothing. No beep.
- Tried resetting the BIOS, both by the reset button, and taking out the battery for a bit. Nothing.
- The motherboard also has voltage check connectors, where you can check the voltage of components. I checked the voltage of everything on there, and the only thing that doesn't have voltage is the onboard GFX.

Any suggestions would be extremely appreciated. I'll try to update with anything I remember or try. Thank you!

if the power supply has an issue two error points will cause a no post. one is the power good line. if that low a mb wont turn on. also the 8 pin pcie cpu power plug if any of them are missing 12v there a cpu wont power on. I would pull the gpu and see if someone has a test power supply. just want to plug in the 24 and eight pin cable and get into the bios to rule out a mb issue. another issue can be a dead fan or short. if there a dead short a mb and power supply wont power on. for testing you can pull the mb and put it on a box with one ram dimm and see if it posts.

So after looking for any solution anywhere, (and forgetting I made this post, since I NEVER get any email updates, even though tomshardware says I should be) me and a friend came to the conclusion of it being my power supply. I was mostly okay with this, since I was planning on getting a new PSU because my Alienware one didn't even fit in my current case. So! I got a new PSU. Brand spanking new, exactly what I wanted. I plug it in. All the right plugs go into the right spots (not really too hard to do it). I plug her in, have all my plugs in the same spot, turn it on. Absolutely nothing is $&@!ing different. Exactly the same. Majorly frustrated. Back to square one. Back to thinking it's my 2 month old motherboard that has run out of its 30-day warranty.
