What currency are you using?
Apart from the prices (which until I find out currency sound high), you have a good budget build which would easily play the games you listed....the GTX 970 can run almost every game at 2K and get 60 fps. Nothing wrong with a B85 mobo if you don't intend to overclock and, of course, the i5 4690 is non overclockable anyway. The Corsair CX is a low quality PSU, it will work but many people would say not to use it.
My biggest concern is the case, it's not big, and that GTX 970 is not a small graphics card. Maybe check out some Youtube videos of the case and how much space it has. Also think about cooling, does the case come with many fans? If not, get more.

Yes they are better. The EVGA 600B is defiantly a better PSU than the Corsair CX series. As for the case, it's much better designed and has much better cooling, it's quite a jump in price though.
One question, why do you want to only buy from pccasegear? For example, your graphics card would be AUD$474 on Newegg http://www.newegg.com/global/au/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127832&cm_re=gtx_970-_-14-127-832-_-Product
