I'm having some issues with my motherboard (I think it is the motherboard or the bios).

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-DS2.
Processor: AMD A6 3500

Well, a week ago it was raining and I had no problem with my computer but after the rain (and some thunders) my computer started having some issues with the internet connection.

The first time the connection had problems and the windows troubleshoot said it was a problem with my modem.
The second time I didn't had connection at all.
The third time there was a problem with the drivers, I tried to reinstall the Realtek driver but it appeared a little windows saying something about a "Deep sleep mode".

All of this problems were solved by removing the battery on the motherboard and resetting the bios.
After this I had other issue, the computer, sometimes, doesn't want to start, the power button lights for a moment and then nothing. I remove the battery again for a couple of minutes and after this I'm able to start the computer and use the internet.

What shall I do? I'm thinking of changing the battery, buying another motherboard or another computer.

I'm sorry if my English have some mistakes, It is not my first lenguage

Sounds like you system took a power spike during the storm which could have damaged the power supply or mother board or both. The power supply needs to be tested with a tester first, or if you have a "known good one you can use it to test if the system works properly. If it still acts up with a different power supply the motherboard is damaged, also any add in cards, ram could also have problems. lightning can do lots of damage with voltage spikes.
