What should i upgrade for best possible gaming experience?

Hey guys, I'm looking to upgrade my PC to make it run better in games. The thing is, I have no clue what to upgrade. Here is my PC specs:

Motherboard: Dell 0K068D
Memory: DDR2 240pin PC2-5300 8GB (4X 2GB)
GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 ti (2048mb)
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400 (775 socket)
HDD: Seatgate SATA 1 TB

I know its not the ideal gaming PC but it works. I just need more stuff to make it more powerful.

Realistically you'll be looking at upgrading the motherboard, which in turn means you'll have to upgrade your CPU and RAM.

If you have a particular budget or goal in mind (e.g. play X game on X setting) that would be good to know.

Budget? That is main priority here. Tell me that and i can get you a mobo, cpu and ram to tune with your already good gpu.
By the way check this It's over 600$ but is future proof. As you haven't mentioned a budget. But as i said budget is everything.
