Help required for Building a Gaming PC from scratch

Hi Guys! I am looking to build my own gaming PC in India and the only purpose of that PC is going to be gaming. Games like Witcher Hunt should face no problem while running in this PC. So can you all help me out with all the parts and its details? Current budget is 50k Rs which can be extended if required.
