I'm getting new i5 4430 and mobo is Gigabyte H97 D3H, and I'm installing 8 GB RAM, soo I want to you people to suggest me good and normal graphic cards, I don't want graphic card for gaming.
Since the GT730 performs the same as your built-in graphics (HD4600) it would be a waste to get it. Only starting from a GT740 or a R7 250 you would see slightly better gaming performance over the HD 4600 or GT 730. Even with these better options the difference would be minimal, so I would start at at least a GTX 750 or a R7 260x for a significant upgrade over the Intel HD 4600.
I agree with you built-in graphic are capable for normal use but I still want a graphic card, btw someone had recommended me ZOTAC NVIDIA GT 730 1 GB could that be ok for me.?

Yeah its a crap card, but as you arent gaming its fine. Not really much better than the built in graphics though, why do you want one?
Basically, any card slower than a Geforce 750 isn't worth buying because they're not significantly better than integrated graphics. The integrated graphics on a 4430 is actually powerful enough to play Starcraft 2 or League of Legends, so if you're not gaming at all it's more than enough.
