Will my GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-S2Pt(Bios v6.00PG) support the gtx 960 or the latest gtx 950 ?

The board will be fine. Any power beyond the 75W available at the PCIe x16 slot will have to be provided by the 6 or 8 pin aux power cable from your PSU. Which means you will need an adequate PSU. No cheapies.
