I know what I want but I don't know which components I should take for my first PC build.

I plan to build my first PC soon. I will buy the NZXT H440 Red and Black case, my CPU will be the i7 4790k, my GPU will be the MSI GeForce GTX 970 GTX 970 GAMING 4G and my PSU will be the EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2. These 4 components will be in my build for sure.

I am the kind of person who wants to be sure that what I am buying is the best choice I could have done. I want to know :

1 : I want 1TB HDD and 120GB/128GB SSD. Which hard drive of 1TB HDD should I get? The Western Digital Blue or the Seagate Barracuda? Which solid state drive of 120GB/128GB should I get? Samsung, Kinsgton, HyperX, SanDisk Mushkin?

2 : I want 16GB of RAM. DDR3 1333,1600, 1866 or 2400? G.SKILL, Corsair or HyperX?

3 : I want a good motherboard that will fit my components. Is the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VII HERO a good choice? Should I get something cheaper or it worth it?

4 : I'm buying a i7 4790k. I want a good cooler, but do I really need to pay 90$ if I don't overclock that much? Is the CoolerMaster 212 EVO or something like this a good choice if I don't overclock a lot?

5 : I want to build a black and red PC so I prefer Black/Red Components. These are easy to get anyway, most of the components (MSI and ASUS motherboard, G.Skill and Corsair RAM) are red so it's not a problem.

I can afford it if something is more expensive but offer a better performance. I want to know if it is a good choice or not and if it worth it to pay 20$-30$-40$ more to have something better. I hope someone will help me choosing the best components on the market for my needs, so I can build my first PC. :wahoo: Like I said, I am the kind of person who wants to be sure that what I am buying is the best choice I could have done. ;)

Solution
1. Western Digital Blue HD and go with the Samsung for the SSD
2. I'd go at least 2133/9 in 2x8GB GSkill Ripjaws X or Snipers (Trident X if in the budget), check 2400 - it's often on sale
3. Hero is a great mobo, mine in sig)
4. A $30 Hyper 212 EVO will work well up to about 4.6
5. Black and red is a good combo (my three main rigs (again in sig) are all based on ROG mobos and my clients love them ;) Just got the new Z170 Hero in, which has less Red (still there) and more of a metallic grey look
