Looking for a budget build gaming PC to run World of Warcraft pretty good but with my budget price im not expecting it to run 60 FPS on ultra. I would play on high settings anyways if the PC can handle it. Anyways, my budget price is around $450 preferably no higher but a few extra bucks isn't going to hurt. I want to keep in mind that they are going to release another xpac and I want it to be future proof for a good while. WoW is the only game im going to be playing, (besides small games like minecraft, heroes of the storm, etc). Thanks.

You don't have enough money to really get good FPS in WoW, the below will run WoW well at lower details, but you need about $100 more to get higher quality graphics.
