Turn off your power supply/unplug it, take the DIMM out and look at the label on it
. Reseating the DIMM is the first step in hardware troubleshooting RAM anyway. Remove both sticks, put one back in the primary slot (usually channel A DIMM 0), if it doesn't work, try the other DIMM in it's place. If the first one works put the second one back in and see if it still works. You might want to look at the motherboard manual for reference if it isn't clear with slot is Channel A DIMM 0TRENDING THREADS
