How bad is my cable management?

Hi, I'm a first time builder and my cable management is a mess. I was wondering if this would significantly impact the case airflow and temps. Here's a pic:

My case is a HAF 912 with the two stock 120mm fans--one mounted in the front on the "top slot," and another at the back. I've heard that the default CM fans are pretty bad and they're worth replacing. Is this true? What I'm mainly concerned about is my PSU's temps. It's an XFX TS 650W Core Edition, and being an XFX trash, its fan runs abnormally loud. My PSU is bottom mounted, and my only case fan at the front is in the "top slot" (HAF 912 supports two 120mm on the front). I'm worried that there isn't sufficient cooling for the stuff at the bottom of my case, like my PSU, SSD, and HDD. What do you guys think, should I get more case fans? If so, which ones should I get?

My options of fan placement are one two 120mm or one 200mm on the front, one 200mm on the top, one 120mm on the side, and one 120mm on the back. What fan placement will give me the best cooling for my PSU? So far I have this one in mind for a 200mm: http://www.ncix.com/detail/cooler-master-megaflow-200mm-blue-48-52545-1049.htm

I think you have nothing to worry about. Yes, it could be cleaner but I don't think it is going to be much of a detriment to the internal temps.

Just get some purse locks and try to straighten out the cabling some.

Normally when I build a PC it takes me 90 minutes to build it and then it takes me another 90 minutes to do cable management.

I am not saying this is the best job in the world but it may help you.

BTW - congrats on your new rig. Those are some nice specs.

Its alright management, I built myself a custom acrylic PSU cover to hide all my junk behind. Gives a way nicer look. I would ditch those CM fans and go for a Phanteks or Noctua if you have a little cash to blow.

Thanks for the reply. How much of a difference will I notice in terms overall case temps? Also, what fan setup should I use and what specific fan models do you recommend? Prices are a bit higher here in Canada :/

Thanks for the advice :) Your cable management looks really good, do you have a modular/semi-modular PSU?
I have one more question. My motherboard has a "SYS_FAN 1 and SYS_FAN 2" or something like that, but they're taken up by my current two case fans. If I were to get one more 120mm fan for the side panel, where would I plug it in?

Alright, I'll check if my local store has it in stock (don't want to pay for shipping).

No, it is not modular at all. It is fully wired. I think in some cases a fully wired PSU works better if you have the space behind the mobo tray.

There are different degrees of cable management, from just throwing it in there and immaculate. Cable management can be important for airflow to a point. So long as it's out of the way and somewhat neatly routed, airflow/cooling should be fine. If you're going for looks then cable management can be much more tedious and involve sleeving cables, custom covers to hide them etc.

I think you'd be better with 2x 120's in the front as intake, the side 120 as intake if needed and the rear and top fans for exhaust. Static pressure optimized fans for the front intakes and airflow type designs for the others. Cougar vortex are also decent fans for airflow with lower noise and may be a bit cheaper than noctua's.

Not sure what purse locks are (maybe similar to zip ties?). Something like zip ties are cheap and can help route some of the cables together especially where there are multiple thin wires sort of splayed out every which way. Done sparingly and evenly spaced even if the cables show through a side panel window zip ties don't look totally terrible.
