I want to add a graphics card to my old sx2850-01, which uses a Flex ATX psu. I want this card, but it says it requires a 400w psu: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MW8NXAW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Do you think that I could use this 350w psu and be ok?http://www.neweggbusiness.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9B-17-151-116&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleBiz-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleBiz-PC-_-pla-_-Power+Supplies-_-9B-17-151-116&gclid=CJrt3e7CxccCFVSSfgodN1wJ2A

I have read that the amperage is more important than the wattage, and that companies list higher wattage than necessary in specs.

Thanks!

Most definitely! That PSU has more than enough capacity on its +12V rails to handle that GTX 750 Ti. I have the TFX version of that Seasonic in another build I have (HTPC). It runs that same card with room to spare.
