Is this a good build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/tPzMt6. I don't have a hard drive because I have one in my old computer.

If you want to stream and game I suggest getting a Xeon. Yes, it's more but it is definitely worth it.

Some other things you need to change are the motherboard to an H97 chipset and the PSU to one that won't try to murder your computer in about 3 years. Your GPU being 4GB is useless because the 960 doesn't have an appropriate memory bus to support that.. Then as for your HDD, you really want a new one. If you use your old drive it will make your computer feel so slow it's not even funny. Or get an SSD, put the OS onto that, then use the old HDD as a main storage drive. Just please don't put your OS onto the old drive.

Yes, this build is definitely more expensive but you will not regret it. This rig will give you a lot more value you for what you are paying while giving you higher quality parts, faster ones, and ones that can be used for future upgrade. (Motherboard supports Broadwell).
