Hoping for someone to help me diagnosing the problem with my computer. For the past few months, my computer has been freezing when I play games like GTA V and also when I am watching live streams. It has also been known to freeze watching YouTube videos.

I have checked all the parts of my computer that I could and I can rule out overheating of any part as the cause of the issue.

I have also tried cycling out my sticks of RAM one by one and performing a memory test on them all to no success.

I recently ran a GPU stress test and it handled it without freezing or overheating.

I have also removed as many parts as possible from my computer as well to see if there was an overload on my power supply which also did not stop the freezing.

My specs are as follows:

Palit GeForce GTX 780Ti Graphics Card
Powercool X-Viper Modular 850W Power Supply
AMD FX 9590 Octa Core Socket AM3+ 4.7GHz Processor
Pioneer BDC-207 Combo Internal Blu-ray Player DVD & CD Burner
Corsair Hydro Series H60 2013 model High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
G.Skill Trident X 16GB 2400MHz Quad Memory Kit
Asus SABERTOOTH 990FX Motherboard
Seagate (1TB) 3.5 inch Desktop Solid State Hybrid Drive 6Gb/s SATA 64MB (7200rpm) 8GB MLC NAND Flash (Internal)
Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB 2.5 inch SATA 3 Solid State Drive

Please help because I'm stumped and out of ideas as to what it could be. Thank you in advance for any assistance provided.

My cooler for my CPU had stopped working and I hadn't noticed so it was overheating and freezing.

I thought I had ruled out my CPU and overheating because some days I could play games all day without a freeze occurring. Must have been blind because my CPU was idling at 30c

Hope this helps :)
