So I recently built a PC and when I turn it on all the LEDs and fans start for about a second and then shuts off right after. This is my builds specs http://pcpartpicker.com/p/dx4zcf . I've also taken apart my build and just set it up as a PSU, CPU, and ram and after shorting the motherboard in order to start it, the intel stock fan starts then turns off.
