Seagate SSHD takes 2 minutes to reboot w/ Windows 10.

Has anyone had similar experience with their Hybrid SSD taking this long to restart after installing Windows 10? It was faster on Windows 7 ~30seconds

You have to give it some time for the SSHD to cache the files so it can boot faster. Once it learns to cache the frequent files that you always use, it will eventually decrease boot times.

Start it up, then restart 5x. It should cache the stuff onto the flash memory and begin to load much more quickly.

If it's a fresh installation of Windows 10, it's going to pull down some updates in the background and apply those when you restart.

It's easily restarted 5-7 times by now since initial ugprade weeks ago.

Do it in quick succession so that it "learns" that's what it needs to cache.

There's definitely something wrong here and I'm only now noticing it;

I restart the computer,
it goes to a black screen for one minute with the number '9C' at the bottom right corner,
and eventually starts to reboot and takes 45 seconds to hit the login screen where i have to enter my password,
and once it shows my desktop screen, it then takes another 30 seconds to fully load all programs and I don't have alot of stuff on startup.

It would easily take less than 30 seconds on Win 7. Any ideas? I've restarted 3x in a row now.
