What RAM should I chose?

They both should be CAS 9, so the Corsair would be "faster" of the two. Going off Amazon pricing, there is a 20$ difference. Personally, I don't think you'll notice a difference in performance, so I would get what fits your budget best, or what fits any sort of color scheme you may have for your build. If it's crucial you have the fastest for work projects, then go ahead and spend the extra 20 and grab the Corsair.

What I do to figure which one (theoretically) should be correct is take the CAS and divide that by the number at the end of the module and then the number lowest is the fastest. There for the ddr3-1833 is fastest. How it works, I have no idea I just read that's how one memory is faster than the other. It's to do with refresh rates. But of course ddr4 memory is going to be faster than ddr3 or 2

The 1866 is far better, if you downclock it to 1600 you would run 1600/8 which is far better performance wise than 1600/11
