Ok, so this is the fist computer I've ever built. Here are the specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte H87 DH3
CPU: Intel i5 4460 3,2hz
RAM: 1x 8GB HYPERX DDH3 1866
PSU: Tacens Mars Gaming 700W
SSD: Kingston 120GB

Not running a GPU

So basically I've run all the steps in the big troubleshooting threads:
Ive put the one stick of RAM in all available slots, triple checked all cables (CPU, 24pin, etc) resetted the CMOS, I also checked the CPU, none of the pins were bad and it was correctly installed.

I have taken out the mobo out of the case, with only the CPU+RAM+ power cables and nothing. The fans turn on for a couple of seconds and turn back off. I don't know what the problem is, if my mobo is fried, the CPU is gone or what. I dont know what the next step would be.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Clear the CMOS, boot into the BIOS by press the "delete" key, manual set the RAM speed to 1600mhz or use the XMP profile mode, saving and exit. You should be able to boot the PC, because the MB can only support the RAM speed up to 1600mhz.

Tanks for the answer!
I'll try this and see if it works, though before it didn't even get to show anything on screen, It would power off a few seconds after going on.
