Razer Deathadder not being recognized

I suggest comparing your mouse to reference images off the internet. You may have accidentally purchased a counterfeit mouse. If everything looks good then try removing and reinstalling synapse using the newest binary from Razer or you could try the legacy (pre-synapse) driver for the Deathadder 3.5 (it's an older model) as this might work better.
Well i dont think its a counterfeit mouse cause it looks exactly the same as a real one because i have a second one on a different computer. the mouse works fine the cursor shows up and everything clicks like its suposed to.I wil try removing and reinstalling snyapse
