750W enough for gtx 980ti?

so i just bought a g1 gaming gtx 980ti.. and i have a Rm750 80+gold corsair PSU.. is it enough for my system? On the box of the Gtx 980ti g1 gaming it says 600W im kind of worried.. my specs are i7 4790k, asus vii hero maximus, Corsair Rm750W 80+ gold,

The 8 pin is a PCI-E 8 Pin power cable. Your PSU will have a couple of these. This graphics card will take 2 of those. You can look up an image of what a PCI-E 8-Pin Power cable looks like if you are lost and have never used one before. You will need to plug in two of these to the top of the card for power needs.

A GeForce GTX 980ti needs 38 amps on the 12v+ rail and a 600 watt power supply with 1 - 6 pin and 1 - 6+2 pin PCIE power connection.

Your RM750 Exceeds the requirements , your all set.


6 pin and 6+2 pin = 8 pin

So in order to power up the GPU .. i have to connect the two 8 pins? or is there a default requirement?
