This may be a stupid question..
I have been googling my ass off and can not find an answer, Can i buy a full ( NOT an upgrade ) windows 8.1 license without buying the CD and all the crap that comes with it. I am building a PC and already made an ISO for my flash drive, I know i can go to a retailer and buy the box but it seems like a giant waste.. as long as i have my key / license Im good to go. All the ditial purchase stuff i have found says OEM or specifies that its an upgrade and you NEED an OS already installed to use it.
Sorry to be long winded but I don't want to buy a bunk key or pay for an upgrade I dont need / cant use. I am willing to pay the listed price as long as i am getting the right product...
