It'd come down to either

R7 360 2GB
R7 265 2GB

Overall the 360 seems to perform better, per synthetic benches I've seen. Has a smaller memory bus, but that's bridged by performance advancement. Much smaller TDP making power supply options a lot easier.

But if you could stretch your budget like $10 more you could afford an R9 270X. Much stronger than either

My A8-5500 APU can run Skyrim just fine in 720. I don't think you need something crazy good. My old GT 330 also plays the game just fine. I also have experience with a FX-6300 with this game fairly recently (a couple months back). I was using a GTX 660 (stock), FX-6300 (stock), 8 GB 1600 RAM (stock), and I was getting 60 FPS with every setting the highest they could go, at 1920x1080. I believe the GTX 750 Ti is slightly weaker, but you're in for a good time with any semi-modern card to be honest, especially at that resolution, it's 44% less pixels than 1080.
