AMD Catalyst Locking Resolution

So I have a problem with my Resolution, when I go to Screen Resolution in Windows, my native 1680x1050 monitor is forced into 1920x1080, this is definately the work of Catalyst I'm sure, and I want it to run at it's native resolution. But no idea how to remove this lock and have free choice in the resolution it runs on with it's max 1680x1080. Any help would be amazing.

Specs:
Sabertooth 990FX
AMD FX-8350
Club3D Radeon R9 280 RoyalKing
16GB DDR31600MHz RAM

What is your gpu? Also, What are you using to connect to the monitor? HDMI? VGA? DVI?

My 2 1920x1080 monitors run with mini display and the 1680 one in HDMI
