doing upgradeings should i get 16gb of 2400hz ram or 1tb ssd?

hey guys what do u think i should upgrade to next ?
currntly i have 8gb of 2133hz ram and 120gb ssd thats full and 1tb hdd drive
was thinking of geting 2400hz 16gb of ram or a 1tb samsung 350evo ssd what would make my makes run the best? can only get one or the other right now

I would do the SSD. You aren't going to notice any difference at all by doing the RAM. You may not notice any difference with the SSD but at least you won't be having to move stuff to a new location or install your new game on the HDD because the current SSD is full.
