Yep, all compatible.

As far as a cooler goes, The 1151 socket uses the same mounting pattern as 115x sockets. You can pretty much pick any cooler you'd like.

Yes, everything is compatible with each other. LGA1150 cooler will be compatible with LGA1151 CPU.

But you can choose any DDR4 RAM you wish.

When choosing RAM, I look at motherboard specs to see what speeds of RAM it supports, and the type (DDR, DDR3, DDR4, etc) DDR4 is the latest, and your motherboard supports it so I would recommend it.

Those numbers are the operating frequency of the RAM. Simply, the higher the number the faster the RAM. So yes, 2666 is a bit slower than 3000.
