want to hook up my tv as a second monitor- help.

So, right now i have my 1080p monitor hooked up to the r9 390 gpu with HDMI. I noticed that there is a VGA output on my motherboard for intels integraded graphics. is it possible to take the output from my gpu to my real monitor and the intel graphics to my tv?

The 390 doesnt support VGA. I dont want to game on the tv, just monitor twitch chat and watch videos.
