What"s the difference between the MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Video Card and the MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card?

I am currently building a PC and am deciding on a graphics card. I have found that the Twin Frozr V is a highly rated graphics card and I have not found many reviews of the standard card. I cannot seem to find a major difference between them and was wondering if there was a bigger difference of which to choose. The main one I have found is the price. The Twin Frozr V is about $25 more expensive than the other graphics card.
What is the difference and which would be recommended?

Thank you,

The twin frozer is a cooling system for gpus by msi. It will cool the gpu better, which means better core speed and better OC. I suggest you go with it if you don't mind sparing the extra money.

The Msi(non-twin frozr) has a blower style fan which usually aren't that good, the card also has a front intake and a back exhaust(this is good if you have bad airflow in your case), it also(interestingly) shares the same PCB as a reference 980, 980ti and Titan X, these kinds of cards are meant to be watercooled, since reference cards make it easier to find a waterblock for and dont cost as much. If you are not water cooling dont get this, get the Twin Frozr. The Twin Frozr has dual 100mm(I think) fans for great cooling even while overclocked, which it is out of the box and on top of that the fans dont turn on until the GPU hits 60 degrees celcius. Msi's main GPU series is the twin Frozr.
