BSOD due to Nvidia/Direct X Drivers (?)

Hey guys and gals, the other night I was playing some GTA IV and the game froze for a second and then my computer blue-screened.
On attempting to turn the computer back on, it blue-screened before I could get to the Windows 7 login screen.
The information from the blue screen:
STOP: 0x00000116
nvlddmkm.sys

From there, I booted into safe mode, which was fine, and uninstalled the Nvidia drivers (The blue screen was on the same drivers I've been using for months, but to eliminate that version as a factor I installed older as well as newer versions which all cause the same bsod). After uninstallation of the drivers, I was able to use the computer normally via the generic drivers provided by Windows 7.

If any Nvidia drivers are installed (Clean installs ofcourse) then the computer will just blue screen upon boot up.
I've attached one of the minidumps from the blue screens(It's inside the archive).
The graphics card in question is the Gigabyte GTX 580
All the usual troubleshooting has been attempted short of trying another pci-e slot (As I only have the one) and trying another GPU with Nvidia drivers to determine if it's hardware or software related.

As I said, this problem appeared randomly whilst I was gaming, no software or hardware changes had been made for several days prior to this problem.

Considering how random the blue screen was, I have the strangest feeling that the card may be on its way out (I've had it for 3 and a 1/2 years) but that's just my guess at the moment.

Let me know if there's any other information you need.

Solution
Its ok ive unselected it.

Your symptoms are typical of a failed/failing graphics card unfortunately. If possible I would try and test it in another computer to confirm.

Damn it, pressed the wrong button and accidentally selected as best answer.
Anyway, the GPU wasn't overheating but I can't provide the actual temps as I can't check it now.
The PSU though is the same one I've had since I built the machine: COOLER MASTER Silent Pro M700

Figured as much, I've been trying to gain access to another computer for a few days but haven't had a chance. Should be able to try it tomorrow. On the upside, if it is failing I'm gonna buy a better card :D
Thanks, I'll let you know how the test goes (Assuming I get the chance).
