Just bought an LG external Blu-ray player - it came with Super Multi Blue Install Disc. At install it asks for the product key, but none of the numbers on the disc or packaging works and I just cannot find the key. The number on the jacket and disc isn't it, though the instructions said that it was the number on the jacket. I feel stupid but I cannot go forward. Could someone please help me?
