Hey Guys, i just made an account as i was really desperate 
But this is what i wanted to ask.
I am from Australia and my PC is still there but i am currently visiting Vancouver and I would like to pick up a new graphics card as i am pretty sick of the Intel HD 2000 i currently have and the PC parts are a lot cheaper here.
My monitor is a Samsung SyncMaster SA300
1600x900 res.
The PC I would like to Upgrade is a Dell Optiplex 790 SFF
and unfortunately upgrading the psu is not an option.
My budget is around $100
CPU: Intel Core i5-2400
RAM: 2x2GB DDR3 1333 (I think)
MOBO: Dell Prop.
PSU: Dell Prop, 235W/240W(cant remember but its one of them)
OS: Windows 10 (Build 10240)

EDIT: Also the card needs to be low profile to fit in the small form factor case
