Win7 boot problems with Raid0 HDDs plugged in (functioned fine for 2 years)

To start, there has been like a ton of crazy stuff going on with my computer. I just got rid of a ton of malware/adware through avast and malwarebytes, replaced a broken water cooler with a closed loop, and backups have been taking 3 days leaving me to procrastinate them.

And now Windows 7 will not boot when my 2 RAID 0 1 TB WDC HDDs are plugged into the motherboard's SATAs. Windows 7 however, will suddenly decide to boot completely fine if I unplug one or both of the drives, only using the boot SSD without any of my HDD files.

I've tried a ton of stuff, whether it be going into system repair to attempt to repair the drives in case they failed (I get errors such as "Volume cannot be accessed" or "Could not repair blah blah try restarting"), making sure I'm booting off of my SSD instead of my RAID0 drives, and etc. Even when I try to look at the disks in System Repair's cmd I'm just encountered with "nomedia" in the place of every drive, even my boot SSD which seems to be functioning fine on its own.

As to what happens when my HDDs are plugged in, when Win7 is booting normally it will get stuck on the "Starting Windows" phase right after playing the animation (my keyboard colours light up, leading me to believe some of the drivers are running). If I try to boot in safe mode it gets stuck on loading a driver and doesn't go any further than that. And in System Repair (which is not being run from a disk but from the Win7 boot options) no OS is detected and I have no idea what "drivers" from System32 I am supposed to load in order to satisfy the System Repair God's needs (I assume its failure to see my OS has something to do with being unable to recognize any drives connected).

So yeah, I'm really completely stuck and I have a ton of school projects due and plenty of important files on my RAID 0 disks (yes I know I am a complete idiot why would I store them on there) and would love all of your help if you are willing to offer it. Considering I have no backups since I recently wiped them to make a new one (which didn't happen before the calamity). I had pretty much no hope until I saw that the RAID setup on my bios still recognized both WDC drives as existing in a raid configuration, regarding them both as "Health". There has to be some kind of solution, I look forward to all of your guys' input.

Let me know if there's any other information you'd like to know about my problem.

I've been booting with only my SSD for the past few days so I can still use my computer but the RAID 0 problem still exists and I really need my data. Does anyone have any suggestions?
