How to scan memory card in mobile online

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "scan the memory card online". Do you mean that you want to back it up because you don't have enough storage space? If this is the case you can use any of the cloud services provided out there.
On the other hand, if you think that your memory card might be failing, I'd suggest that you connect it to a card reader and try to take all of the data you can out if it. After that reformat it by using your phone and see if you still have issues with it.
