VRM Cooling? help

hello people,

So my problem is that my VRM's get to hot since I have a fx-8350 and a asrock 970 extreme 3 R2.0 motherboard. the problem is I don't have any experience with VRM's or Coolers, so I don't know what to buy and what to install on my pc.

SPECS:

Motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0
Processor: AMD FX-8350, 4,0 GHz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper212 Evo
Video Card: GIGABYTE GV-N970G1
Memory: Corsair 8 GB DDR3-1600 (x2)
Hard Drive: Seagate Desktop SSHD, 1 TB

I am sure.
And that is other method to cool down the VRMs section too. Or even buy one top-down blowing design cpu cooler instead of the hyper 212 evo. like http://img62.imageshack.us/img62/5079/1e9j.jpg
Or try to disable one or two more cores in the BIOS, if you can. Or buy other MB that have more power phase count for long term, like Asus M5A97 R2.0, Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P, MSI 970 GAMING.

Yes, the 1st version Extreme3 does not support the fx8320 or fx8350, before it does. And they may change some of the MB components, then released the R2.0 version, but I think it is still not good for the fx8320 or fx8350, when you go to the cpu support list, they recommend use the top-down blowing design cpu cooler, even for all the fx series cpu. http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/970%20Extreme3%20R2.0/?cat=CPU

1) install the mosfet heatsink.
