Best Budget Gaming Monitor?

What are your thoughts? Looking to buy a new monitor in the near future & use my current as an extended desktop.

Let's set the budget for $200. Best refresh rate possible, at least 1080p capable. I don't believe something bigger than 27" is necessary with dual monitors.

Edit: Would prefer something with HDMI capability and can tilt. Built-in speakers a bonus (so I don't ALWAYS have to wear my headset).

This monitor looks amazing, but I'll never use a lot of the features. 3D is not something I want to pay for considering I'll never use it.

BenQ RL2455HM is my suggestion. Great colours, Black Equalizer, 24" (1920x1080p), 1ms response time, under 200$.

Thanks for the great suggestions. After visiting a local store, I decided to go with the 23" Asus that was recommended (similar version of the 238).
