My test status that is on my xbox 360 s keeps saying network failed internet block Xbox Live blocked what is the problem can you tell me

Your best bet would be to contact Microsoft about the issue and for the to make sure there isn't a ban, or find out why your account appears to be blocked. As long as you don't have something on your end blocking Xbox Live, then I would guess it's on their end.
