I have searched up about this and people say that it is mainly because of driver issues. Since this computer is new I have all drivers up to date, I have installed all windows updates too yet I still experience this problems. I do not have an overclocked CPU. I have also downloaded BlueScreenView, I have opened the minidump file with this and it says the the main problems are dxgkrnl.sys, dgxgmms1.sys and nvlddmkm.sys which leads me to think I have an outdated version of DirectX? But I don't, it is fully up to date to version 11. Please tell me how I can fix this issue please? I really hate it. Thanks!

Hmm maybe, though this only really happens on one game: cities skylines. All other games that are pretty demanding work perfectly fine with it, I would rather try find a solution.

If it only happens in one game then contact that game support to see what is going on. Just because the system is new does not mean the drivers are the latest. Check for updated drivers, especially video card ones. Windows update does not often contain newer drivers, that searches what Microsoft has, not the vendor support site. That's a common issue that people run into when they just use Windows to find the latest driver.

My fault! Turns out there was an 'Unknown Deivce' in my device manger that was an ACPI something... Can't remember sorry. I also updated all the drivers my mother board may need. Could that be the cause of my crashes? Could an outdated chipset driver and motherboard drivers be the problem? I'll start playing some games with my newly updated drivers and update you!
