Hello

There is something i dont really understand

Mobos like the msi xpower gaming titanium and
Asus rampage v extreme
Can support ddr4 on 3300mhz speed but intel i7 processors only support ddr4 on 2133mhz
http://ark.intel.com/m/products/88195/Intel-Core-i7-6700K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_20-GHz#@product/specifications
This seems very strange to me how should anybody use a ram higher than 2133mhz if no existing processors support it?
Could you inform me in this topic please?

Thank you for your help

Solution
2133 is the base dpec for DRAM with the CPUs, they will run higher, depending on the data rate it may require a bit of an OC of the CPU to help the MC (memory controller) carry the higher data rates. The 6700K has already been tested to run sticks at 4000+
