Solution
i3's are fantastic for gaming but certain games are so badly optimised that they won't even run on a dual core anymore. I'd get an i5 or an Athlon X4 860k

Any compatible motherboard should be fine with those.

I'd get 8GB of RAM, nothing fancy. Just a standard 2x4GB kit.

Any hard drive should be fine, 3.5'' and 7200RPM would probably be best.

Just get the best graphics card you can afford, I'd look at the GTX 950, R9 270x and R7 370.
I'd definitely go for an i5, it would give much better performance than any AMD CPU in games. I think GTA requires quite a good CPU as well. In terms of graphics I'd go for GTX 950 or better. Ideally a GTX 970, R9 290, R9 285 or R9 380.

If you fill this in I'd be happy to be more specific.

I can't afford the i5 4460 for now i'm planning to get the pc in a couple of months 3-4 maybe
Budget range: around 600-650 not 700 because in my country it would cost to much and ill be tacking the component directly from the shop so no shipping bonus
I'll be using for gaming and some browsing and that sort of stuff
No im not buying a monitor im going to use my tv as a monitor with hdmi
For power supply im gonna use a 700 W for both of them (Zalman 700w ZM-700LX)
No im not buying a new OS
My website is from a foreign country so you wouldn't understand what they're saying >_<
Im from Romania ,City-Braila
I don't have any preference in brands
I dont think ill overclock it
Not doing crossfire/sli
As i said ill be using the tv as a monitor and i dont know it's resolution ill get a monitor later but i cant afford it when ill get the pc

Also i saw a two i3 cpus :i3 4160 and i3 4170 but becouse they are a dual core i dont think they'll last me so much with the newer upcoming games like fallout 4 .Correct me if im wrong about the i3 cpu's :) thnx for the reply
