Hi, I've been looking to buy a gaming PC for about a month now but don't know how good the fps will be. Could anyone tell me if this PC would get good frame rates for games like league and cs go? Thank you so much. Processor - Intel® Core™ i3-4160 Processor - Dual-core - 3.6 GHz - 3 MB cache 8 GB Kingston HyperX RAM (16 GB maximum installable RAM) Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce GT 740 (1 GB GDDR5) Storage 1 TB HDD, 7200 rpm Motherboard ASUS H81M-PLUS The PC is £500 from PC world. And also, does the pc monitor change fps rates?

Solution
Are you willing to build the pc? What is your budget? 500? Answer these and we can help make sure you get the most for your money. Like the post above me said, those two games do not take much of a pc to run.

For those two games it will definitely be enough, but if you planning to play more demanding games you will need better components for good fps

Those parts alone probably cost less than £300 and they wanna charge you £500! No way, you could get a heck of a lot faster PC for that price if you can put it together yourself. PC World is a real rip off. Check it out, This build is £5 more, but the intel 1150 socket has some great upgrade routes down the line and you have a much more up to date motherboard with better features. Not to mention the graphics card is FAR superior.

only takes an afternoon. Once built, turn on, pop the windows CD in the drive, a few clicks and it does the rest! :D

the pc you are trying to buy would give you about 10-15 fps in ultra(Crisis 3)
if you are lucky :p

$700 budget can put you running crisis 3 with 30-45 fps in ultra

Hey there GI nah gf. The link i sent is a website for individual parts. You can easily compare products and its a great help in looking for cheap deals. Once you have your parts list then its on to purchasing them and then building!
