Can my desktop support a GTX 980 ti? Also, power supply upgrade?

Hi! I am considering upgrading the graphics card in my desktop (which is becoming a total slug) to a 980 ti as well as a couple other aspects, but am unsure of whether my pc will support it. Right now my specs are as follows:

Win 8.1 32-bit (x64-based processor) --- originally an old vista but upgraded
Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5300 @ 2.6 GHz
3GB DDR2 RAM (1GB, 512MB,1GB, 512MB) --- Supports up to 8GB
GeForce 9300 GE graphics card
300 watt power supply

Rather than purchasing parts for a totally new build I'm planning to switch out both 512MB slots for 2GB (Ballistix), bringing my total RAM to 6GB so I can have better performance and upgrade to 64-bit. I will also be upgrading my hard drive to a crucial SSD (I think the one I have now is around 300GB, probably at 5400 RPM... and OLD) and probably adding an extra WD 1TB HDD at some point. I also have a CD drive but for now it is disconnected.

That all being said, will my desktop support a 980 ti card before and/or after these upgrades? Also, I know I will need to upgrade my power supply but what would a good wattage be?

Thanks so much to anybody who can help!

Hey sorry about that I didn't realize most of my message never showed so I updated with my specs and stuff. And the case just says HP Pavilion on the outside, I haven't been able to find any model number anywhere to look it up otherwise :/

Dang :/ That's what I was assuming but I'm pretty green so I thought I'd ask. I assume it'd probably be the same for a 970 too then? And I'd be upgrading my power supply too if I could make it work without any issues.

Or do I probably just need to build my own rig? If I got a new processor I'd need a new motherboard anyway
