How turn the onboard chipset on with off board conected?

I Have the 980de3 asrock and a 760nvdia
How turn on the chipset with the vga conected ,if its impossible, how turn on without the vga?

Do you mean the onboard integrated graphics chipset ( iGPU)?
Because the CPUs, which asrock 980de3 supports, does not have the iGPU, also the MB does not have onboard iGPU too, you can't do anything, there is no onboard iGPU at all.
