Why not go with the 1231 v3? the 1246 has na IGPU, which he doesn't need...

 


For streaming more threads and cores is better. Moving from Xeon to 4690K cuts that in half. 4690K will work great for gaming and so-so for streaming compared to Xeon. The kingston SSD is not very good. Samsung 850 is much better.
