Hey I was wondering is this a good PC? My Budget is $890 And i want to do YouTube with it and also stream. I Also wan to know if it can run GTA V At Ultra? Thanks and Please help.

An Intel Xeon build would be much better than AMD for the same money.
To run GTA 5 at ultra you'll need GTX 970 or R9 390. Not enough budget here for that.

No. You won't need to. It will turbo to 3.9 Ghz. without overclock. Even an overclocked FX cpu can't match the core performance of Intel.

For streaming more threads and cores is better. Moving from Xeon to 4690K cuts that in half. 4690K will work great for gaming and so-so for streaming compared to Xeon. The kingston SSD is not very good. Samsung 850 is much better.

No. You have to have a high end video card for that. R9 370 won't cut it. You need GTX 970 or R9 390. They cost around $300.
It will have good editing speeds with the i7.
