I was looking at a ad on kijiji and i found this;

-Core i5 2500k 3.5ghz
-8gb g skill Ripjaw 1600mhz
Overclockable Cpu & ram
-1Tb Seagate BarracudaHDD
-ASUS P8Z68-V LE motherboard
-Corsair H60 water cooler
-Ultra Defender II case
-Gigabyte geforce gtx 770 oc (4Gb)
-Corsair 650w psu

I was wondering if this pc would be worth the CAD$650.

Thanks for all the replies!!!

Solution
New this would cost you (searching on google.ca):

Core i5 2500k 3.5ghz - $229 CA
-8gb g skill Ripjaw 1600mhz - $60CA
Overclockable Cpu & ram
-1Tb Seagate BarracudaHDD - $65
-ASUS PBZ69 LE motherboard - $150CA?
-Corsair H60 water cooler - $70CA
-Ultra Defender II case - $50CA
-Gigabyte geforce gtx 770 oc (4Gb) - $638CA
-Corsair 650w psu - $100

$1297 CA

Main money seems to be in the GPU, but it's basically about half the price of buying the components separately.

It's an old motherboard/CPU/Ram combo now (Socket 1155 Sandybridge, which is a few generations old), with a top quality GPU and reasonable other bits. It'll run things fine, but you won't be able to upgrade the CPU without a new motherboard and RAM probably too.

Solution
Likely you are getting a Corsair Builder PSU and not a very good quality unit. Also the build is a few years old and behind in most things. I would say it is not all that great of a deal considering for 850 or so you can build a similar build with all new parts.
