The motherboard shouldn't be a bottleneck, what id suggest is get a i5 4460/ 4690k and spend the extra $100 on a R9 280X or a GTX 960, And yes your power supply is enough, you don't need any extra connectors and your case is pretty spacious so you're good, Updated build

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZWKXrH , You can easily OC the i5 to 4.0ghz or above so no point spending an extra $100 and getting a entry graphics card. The graphics card plays a bigger role than the processor , You'll also see no big difference between the i5 or i7 in gaming

Most PC parts come with screws to install the extra parts like fans, your case should come with screws as well so you're good

Also the build I linked you is a lot better than yours due to the Graphics card, that GPU paired with a i5 can max out basically any game you want to play, and should last you longer than the 750ti, The 750ti is a lot weaker than the r9 280x

Well since you don't like amd you can go for the GTX 960 theres not much of a difference between the 2, up too you they perform similar. But the R9 280X will perform a little better, you probally wont notice it though
