So I wanna build my first PC and I just made the list of my parts. However I'm not that experienced in building PC'S so I need a little bit of help. My main question is if the parts that I chose are going to be compatible/will fit it my case and my motherboard. (I haven't bought anything yet)

Other Notes:
Remember that I'm not minding that much the super over the top performance, I only want this PC to be able to play every game in 60 FPS either in medium or high (AntiAliasing is not particularly necessary)
But I do need it because I use After Effects CC and Photshop CS6 A LOT.
Also, the overall price for the list if fine for me.
Big question: How particularly necessary is the ODD? I don't recall ever using any discs and I don't think that'll change, I know it's just for the safety but I do want to know.
Also, Do I need a SSD? Some people told me that having an extra SSD to store certain stuff would make my computer a lot faster. (Btw by this I mean having a main HDD and a secondary SSD)
And BTW, I know I'm not counting the cooling system because I'm not planning into overclocking the PC. Still, maybe I'll buy it by next summer as winter is approaching and my winters tend to be extremely cold. (it has actually reached 0 degrees in some years). So I think I'll buy a cooling system until next summer cause even if I won't need it, the summers tend to be more than a 100 degrees, daily.
Feel free to leave suggestions, and thanks in advance!

Around $820. I don't know exactly as I don't live in the US and the dollar goes up in price daily. It also depends on how much will I get paid tomorrow.
But still, what improvements are you thinking of? Remember what I said about the over the top performance.
BTW sorry if I no longer respond I'll check on the thread until tomorrow.
