Right, so I've been putting together a build recently. And I need to know what is better. I need to run the newest games at 1080p (I don't really care about 4k to be honest, I'm used to 1080), run a 5 person Skype call, and use software like XB1 streaming and MSi Afterburner at the same time. Is an AMD 8320 Over clocked or a Turbo boosted Intel Xeon E3 1231v3 (A 4790k without a GPU) the best? Neither are any cheaper or more expensive with my parts. And i have a 450mbps WiFi card and a Power color (May change for prices) R9 290 (Overclocked). Help please?
