Spiderman shattered dimension resolution issue

HI everyone I have an MSI GS60 2PC GHOST 3K EDITION laptop. Nvidia GTX 860 M GPU. Recently got a spiderman shattered dimension game. No matter what I do I can't change anything in the graphics option of the game. I am sure my laptop is more than capable of playing this game at ultra settings. I tried running it with the Nvidia processor and even the intergrated one. No difference. Installed dx9 still nothing even change the compatibilty to XP SP 2. Even tried uninstalling the game and reinstalled it.

I don't see what the problem could be...
Try Running as administrator.
You could also try to find a configuration file in documents or the install directory (likely .ini file).
You can also inject some AA and Anisotropic filtering from the nvidia control panel.

There is no ini.file I was looking for it in the installation directory. I did forced both the AA and AF via Nvidia control panel The problem is I can't change it to fullscreen and the default graphics resolution is set at the lowest so it looks really bad and I even tried using external software like borderless fullscreen still no use

That's weird.
Are you on win7 or lower? If so try turning off Aero. I've had lots of weird problems that have sometimes fixed themselves after turning Aero off.
CMD -> "net stop uxsms"
or in the application setting "turn off desktop composition" something like that.

Also, try ALT+ENTER in-game. That's the shortcut for fullscreen.

Did you try the ALT+ENTER shortcut?
And did you look for the config files in "C:\Users\(Username)\Documents\(game folder)"

Oh and try making a shortcut if you don't already have one and then going to the shortcut properties and there is a "Run" with a drop down menu. Change that to maximized.

Yeah I did look into the folder in the document directory only the save files and the screenshot folder and yep Ive tried Alt+enter still no use

hey man i have also same problem and another too!!!! my game cannot display main menu spiderman's (four spiderman) it just shows a black screen and down only the options bar. I have intel hd graphics. Does my graphic card is not compatible??? i can run all the games (not the latest games).
i have tried your settings but it dosen't change anything. Pls help me.

hey i found the solution just type regedit in run tab and click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER> Software> Activision> Spider-man(TM) SD> Settings> Display and you can see your current resolution and other settings. Just change it.

I wish it will help you. i have now my problem that in kraven cutscene #1 game crashes and i start it again and quickly skip the cutscene but in cutscene # 2 game crashes after cutscene starts. and yeah UNRESPONSIVE CONTROLS , OMG WHAT THE F***** HOW IT CAN BE????

set fullscreen to 0
set height 1080
width 1920
