fan of graphic card isnt't working

Hello
One of the fan of my graphic card isn't spinning. when i start the computer then it spins for 2-3 sec and stops. The graphic card is sapphire hd 7870 ghz edition 2gb ddr5. And i have installed the latest driver amd-catalyst-15.7. Its been a year i bought it online. I am very much disappointed by this. Is there any solution for this?

It started working again :D
The fan speed was at 30%. I had to make it 82% and now its working properly.
I installed TRIXX Sapphire Tweak Utility, and there i changed the fan speed to 82%.
The only thing i have to do is start it each time i log in. At least its working :)
